Haiyan International Dance Academy’s dance studios are available for rent to you whenever we are not teaching a class.
We have two spacious dance studios located at 10058 SW Arctic Dr, Beaverton OR 97005, with inviting reception area, and one smaller dance studio located at 15160 NW Laidlaw Rd, Suite 110, Portland OR 97229. They are all good for not only dance class, but also for Yoga, Pilates, music class, performances, parties, photo shooting, presentation, meeting, and etc.
We welcome you to use our beautiful facility!

$35 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
